How the shop got built
Lakeland Pest Pros operates out of a small storefront downtown. The founder worked years as an inspector before opening the doors, and saw the same pattern in customer after customer: a fuzzy phone quote, a tech in the driveway by lunch, an upsell at the door, and no paperwork that ever followed.
From the first month, the company has run on one rule — publish the price floor before the technician knocks on the door. That hasn't changed since.
Growth has been deliberate. The team stays small on purpose: FDACS-certified pest control operators, a dispatcher who picks up the phone on weekday mornings, and one floating inspector for termite and bed bug specialty work. A real person answers the line.

Same shape on every visit. The pest you called about decides what changes inside the shape.

Inspect
One to two hours walking the property. Foundation line, eaves, vents, weep holes, attached garages and porches. Findings get plotted on a printed floor plan. The plan stays with you.

Diagnose
We identify the pest, name the species where it changes the treatment, and trace the source. The diagnosis is written down before any price conversation happens.

Quote
Flat tier when the situation fits one. Written custom scope when it doesn't. The number is in your hand before a bottle gets opened.

Treat
Application targeted at the active zones. Sealing work included where the scope covers it. The work order is finalized on site, same visit.

Liability insurance
General liability and commercial auto coverage in force. Certificate of insurance pulled on request. HOAs and property managers get a copy on file before the first appointment.

Two-year termite warranty
Termite jobs ship with a written two-year warranty, renewable annually. General pest service carries a 30-day comeback window. Trigger conditions are spelled out on the work order.

Written inspection
Every visit opens with a sixty- to one-hundred-twenty-minute on-site walkthrough. Findings go on a printed floor plan, the diagnosis is on paper, the work order goes home with you.

The crew stays compact: FDACS-certified pest control operators, a specialty inspector who floats between termite and bed bug deep-dives, and a dispatcher running the phones.
Every technician rolls with a printed copy of the service guarantee, a tablet for the digital report, a flashlight, and a tape measure. The flashlight earns its keep more than people expect. The tape measure ends a lot of disputes about sealing scope.
Hiring runs slow on purpose. A new operator rides shotgun on inspections for several weeks before they take their first solo call.
