Visit scope

What a single-visit booking covers

Four things. Same shape every visit. The pest you called about decides what gets treated.

01

On-site inspection

Sixty to ninety minutes walking active zones plus the obvious entry points. Findings are written down before any product gets opened.

02

Targeted application

The product is chosen for the specific pest and applied to the specific zone. No fogging. No blanket baseboard spraying in rooms that don't have an issue.

03

Same-day sealing

Up to three exterior entry points get sealed during the same visit when the scope allows. Larger exclusion jobs get scoped on their own.

04

Written work order

Pest identified, product used, zones treated, and the comeback trigger — all on a single page that goes home with you.

Process

How a same-visit appointment runs

Most one-visit bookings run start-to-finish in under three hours.

  1. 01 · Book

Text your ZIP and the pest you're seeing, or pick up the phone. We lock a window — usually this week, sometimes today.

  2. 02 · Inspect

Technician shows up inside the window with a printed floor plan and a flashlight. Findings get marked on the plan as they walk.

  3. 03 · Quote

Scope and number written on the spot. If the job stays inside the standard tier, the work continues. If something pushes it out of scope, you decide whether to greenlight.

  4. 04 · Treat

Targeted treatment in the active zones. Work order signed, copy left at the door or sent to your inbox before the truck pulls out.

Which one fits

Single visit, or year-round plan?

Spelled out so there's no surprise on the second visit.

Pest Control · Single visit

The pick when something is visibly going on right now and you want it dealt with today. No commitment to anything else. Pay once. The 30-day comeback window is on the work order.

Home Protection · Year-round

The pick when the goal is preventing the next round, not just clearing this one. Four scheduled visits a year, flat per-visit price, re-treatments inside the cycle don't cost extra. Month-to-month billing after the first visit.

30-day window

The 30-day comeback, in writing

If the same pest activity returns within 30 days of a one-visit booking, we come back at no charge. The 30 days start on the visit's work-order date. The work order names the pest, the treatment used, and the zones treated, so there's nothing to negotiate later.

  • Same pest, same zone, inside 30 days — covered.
  • New pest or new infestation — scoped separately.
  • Outside the 30 days — we re-quote and pick up where we left off.

FAQ

Questions we get on the booking call

Can you come today?

Frequently, yes. Same-day bookings happen when a route opens near your ZIP. The hard floor is two to three business days. Pick up the phone — the dispatcher can name a window in about thirty seconds.

Which pests fall outside a single visit?

Active termite infestations and bed bugs get scoped on their own because they need a different toolkit and protocol. We're happy to come inspect and quote either one — it just won't run at the flat single-visit number.

Are the products safe around kids and pets?

Exterior applications dry in about half an hour. For interior work, we use pet-safe formulations and tell you the exact dry time before any application starts. Mention pregnancies, infants, or specific allergies during the call and we'll match the product class accordingly.

Do I need to be home?

For exterior-only work, no — we just need a gate code and any dogs contained. Interior visits need a five-minute walkthrough at the top, then you're free to head out.

Can I convert this visit into a Home Protection plan later?

Yes. Decide inside 60 days and we credit the single-visit price against your first quarterly visit. Easiest to mention it when you book so the dispatcher flags the file.
